Graduated in 2D/3D animation at CFT Gobelins (Paris), Joel Dos Reis Viegas benefits of a strong animator background before becoming a concept artist. He worked for several companies worlwide (Eidos Montreal, Ubisoft Paris/Montreal, Attitude Studio, Alphanim, Genaka Studio, PAM Development, Method Films, Virgin, Universal Music, BMG, ...).
He participated on various TV animation series and video games (Unreal Tournament 3, James Cameron AVATAR, Pro Beach Soccer - PS2/xbox - Top Spin - Xbox - Naruto: Rise of a Ninja - xbox 360 - Skyland - Cartoon Network/ Teletoon ...)
With over 5 years experience in the videogame industry and more in the animation field, Joel is now an accomplished artist and a co-founder of STEAMBOT Studios, a collective of artists and friends (Thierry Doizon, David Levy, Sebastien Larroude and Joel Dos Reis Viegas) whose goal is to push the boundaries of concept art always further. The team share his passion during workshops and conferences all over the world (ADAPT 2006 -2007, Gnomon Workshop, Siggraph ...)

Just a small message about exodyssey: It's a must have for anyone who likes art or concept art. Hard to find that amount and density of pure talent anywhere else.

vous êtes des monstres, content d'être tombé sur vous. je me prends l'artbook exodyssey dès que possible, y a de l'artwork sf un peu partout sur deviantart mais vous avez chacun un grain particulier et plus que de la technique.
